Returning His Word to Him
When we pray, we can give God’s Word back to Him. What advantage is there for such prayer? When we give God’s Word back to him, It can initiate prayer. If you’re in a dry place, unsure how to approach God, and uncertain of His will, get a Bible promise book! When we give His Word back to him, it is an act of confidence in that Word. It is elevating it to its rightful place at the right hand of God.
The Word creates images. When we take healing scriptures and plant them in our spirits, we are in essence creating a medical center, where we can dispense medicine. Proverbs 4:22–23 says, “The word is health and medicine to all flesh.” We can take the medicine for ourselves or send it to others.
The Name of the Lord is a strong tower. If you are anxious, you can say, “Lord, thank you that Your name is strong tower. I’m in need of peace, so by faith in the name of Jesus, I run into Your name, the tower of Jehovah Shalom, where there is no stress or anxiety.”
These important points are explained in more detail in this message, delivered by Dr. Dowdy on Feb. 9, 2020.
Isaiah 55:10–11 NKJV
“For as the rain comes down, and the snow from heaven,
And do not return there,
But water the earth,
And make it bring forth and bud,
That it may give seed to the sower
And bread to the eater,
So shall My word be that goes forth from My mouth;
It shall not return to Me [c]void,
But it shall accomplish what I please,
And it shall prosper in the thing for which I sent it.”
LOJWC Focus Scripture for 2020
Mark 11:25–26 NKJV
25 “And whenever you stand praying, if you have anything against anyone, forgive him, that your Father in heaven may also forgive you your trespasses. 26 But if you do not forgive, neither will your Father in heaven forgive your trespasses.”
Special Deliverance Prayer: Lion of Judah Worship Center includes time for Holy Spirit directed prayer. Today’s healing prayer focuses on the blessing of the LORD. The entire service has been separated into three parts. We encourage you to enjoy all three, as a three-course meal!

Deliverance Time:
Foundation Scripture for LOJWC Ministry:
“For assuredly, I say to you, whoever says to this mountain, ‘Be removed and be cast into the sea,’ and does not doubt in his heart, but believes that those things he says will be done, he will have whatever he says.” Mark 11:23
What We Believe:
We believe in God, the Father, Almighty, and in Jesus Christ, his only begotten Son, our Lord, who was conceived by the power of the Holy Spirit, born of the virgin Mary, suffered under Pontius Pilate, was crucified, dead, and buried. On the third day he rose again according to Scripture. He ascended into heaven and is seated at the right hand of God the Father, from whence he shall come to judge the living and the dead. We believe in the Holy Spirit, the third person of the God-head, who revealed himself on the day of Pentecost. We believe in the gifts of the Spirit and their continuous operation in the body of Christ. And we believe in one holy, universal, and apostolic church. Amen.
Faith Confession:
We conduct spiritual warfare. It begins with us as we speak God’s word and speak to our bodies, minds, and emotions. Therefore we make a faith confession which says: “Satan, in the Name of Jesus, I declare this body a sickness-disease-free zone. Every germ, virus, bacterium, etc., that touches this body dies instantly in the name of Jesus, who bore my sicknesses, carried my diseases, and by whose stripes I have been healed. Therefore I command life into every cell in this body, I receive healing for my emotions from every past embedded hurtful, fearful memory. I speak active deliverance from the law of sin and death, according to the finished works of Jesus the Christ, the anointed and His anointing.”
