When adversity strikes, many times the first thing we do is blame God. Any thought that God is anything but good, is an evil thought from Satan, and should be firmly resisted. God is not the source of your trouble. God is not holding out on you. We empower our enemy when we blame God and turn against God in a crisis. How can we remain steady and strong in a crisis, not giving power to our enemy? Listen to this message delivered by Dr. Dowdy on July 16, 2017, with key verse Job 1:21.

Job 1:21–22 AMP:
“Naked (without possessions) I came [into this world] from my mother’s womb,
And naked I will return there.
The Lord gave and the Lord has taken away;
Blessed be the name of the Lord.”

22 Through all this Job did not sin nor did he blame God.
